Representatives of family doctors in Bucharest and Ilfov are calling for a prompt return to the tariffs for medical services set for the last quarter of 2023.
They demand the conclusion of additional acts for the whole of 2024, based on the current amounts paid for patients on the lists and for consultations.
The requests come as the National Health Insurance House has put a draft framework contract that provides for a decrease in the value of the point for medical services into public transparency.
This would mean, according to family doctors, that their incomes would decrease by between 30%-50%, and that primary care and specialist outpatient care would come close to collapse.
