Marcel Ciolacu: The Government will maintain the fast pace of investments

Data for the first quarter of this year show a 70% increase in execution of investment spending compared to the same period in 2023.
According to the budget execution up to 31 March, this expenditure amounted to 22 and a half billion lei, according to the figures reviewed by the Prime Minister with members of the Government.
Marcel Ciolacu gave assurances that the fast pace of investments will be maintained, "both to complete infrastructure projects - in transport, health, education, energy, digitalisation - as quickly as possible, and to use resources as efficiently as possible".
