The National Audiovisual Council has removed in recent days a number of illegal online materials from TikTok, Facebook and X.
The posts contained false information and incited violence, hatred and praised totalitarian regimes. The removed content was followed by over 179 thousand people and had almost 1.7 million likes.
NAC continues to encourage the public to report any false material - posted on the main social networks Facebook, TikTok, X - by filling in the petition form on the NAC website.
