President Klaus Iohannis has summoned the members of the Supreme Council of National Defence to the Cotroceni Palace on Wednesday 21 February.
The agenda of the meeting includes topics related to developments in the security situation in the Black Sea region in the context of Russia's aggression against Ukraine and progress in defence planning, in particular on the implementation of armament programmes.
Also on the agenda of the meeting is a report on the work carried out by the Cyber Security Operational Council in 2023 and the report of the Supreme Council of National Defence on the work carried out last year, the Presidential Administration said.
