170 passengers have been waiting for several hours on a plane at Sibiu International Airport after the crew decided to turn the aircraft back for technical reasons. The plane, which took off at 11:05 a.m. from Sibiu to Antalya, returned safely to the ground 50 minutes later, according to airport spokeswoman Alexandra Pacur.
The airline provided passengers with water and sandwiches, ensuring their comfort during the wait. According to available information, the flight is expected to resume shortly to Antalya under safe conditions, said RRA correspondent Carmen Vulcan.
