President-elect Nicusor Dan wants a government with all pro-European parties

Pending a decision by PSD on whether to enter the government, President-elect Nicusor Dan said he would like a government with all pro-European parties.

He has announced that he will first hold consultations with the parties that supported him in the campaign and has also discussed the subject with the interim president, Ilie Bolojan.

Nicusor Dan is expected to assume his mandate next week after taking the oath of office before Parliament.

The validation of the elections by the Constitutional Court is expected to take place on Thursday, once the Central Electoral Office has submitted the minutes with the results of the second round.
