The Constitutional Court rejected all 15 appeals to seven presidential candidates

On Sunday, the Constitutional Court rejected all 15 appeals against the seven presidential candidates it had judged.
George Simion, Victor Ponta, Nicusor Dan, Cristian Terhes and Lavinia Sandru remain in the race for Cotroceni.
Calin Georgescu and Paul Ispas cannot run, their candidacies being rejected.
The Central Electoral Bureau still has to decide by the end of the day on Monday on the last eight files submitted on Saturday.
Appeals can only be lodged with the Court until Tuesday, with the final list of those who will run for the top job in the state to be announced on Thursday.
