The measure of capping commercial additives to basic foods would be extended, but also expanded, so as to include other products than the 14 categories provided at this moment.
The Minister of Agriculture mentioned, for example, the cozonac, in the perspective of the winter holidays, but specified that the decision will be taken after new discussions with the representatives of processors and traders.
According to the ordinance in force, the ceiling is applied until the end of October, and the new term taken into account is the end of the year, as stated by Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu.
