President Dan: Spain makes a consistent and concrete contribution to strengthening NATO's eastern flank

President Nicusor Dan says that this is an extremely challenging period in terms of Euro-Atlantic security and emphasizes that Spain makes a consistent and concrete contribution to strengthening the eastern flank of the North Atlantic Alliance.

On Tuesday morning, the head of state visited the Getica Joint Training Center in Cincu, Brasov County, together with His Majesty Felipe VI, King of Spain.

The president thanked the Spanish military for their efforts alongside other military personnel in Cincu to increase the level of the Romanian Battle Group and for their continued contribution to the deterrence posture in the Black Sea area.

Nicusor Dan thanked the King of Spain for his continued support for the more than one million Romanians in his country and for the Spanish authorities' support in giving Romanians the respect and support they deserve.
