Average net earnings in March were 5.185 lei, up 309 lei from the previous month.
The highest values were recorded in the manufacture of tobacco products - over 13 thousand lei - according to NSI data.
Increases were also recorded in insurance, financial intermediation and telecommunications.
The lowest net gains were recorded in the manufacture of clothing - around 2.800 lei.
In the budgetary sector, health, social assistance and education were the areas that benefited from an increase in average net earnings, due to the application of certain legal provisions.
A similar situation was also seen in public administration, where the granting of holiday vouchers for this year has started.
