Russian Ambassador to Bucharest Summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Russian Ambassador to Bucharest, Vladimir Lipaev, was summoned to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding his country's recent attacks on Ukraine - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
We recall that at least 23 people died on Thursday in a Russian attack on Kiev that generated widespread international protests. The European Union Representation and the British Council headquarters were also damaged.
