Romanian Prime Minister meets Spanish counterpart in Madrid

Romanian Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă has discussed with her Spanish counterpart, Pedro Sanchez, on the occasion on her visit to Madrid for the meeting of the European Socialists' Party.

Heads of Romanian and Spanish Governments have welcomed decision to organize a Romania-Spain business and investment forum and a Romanian economic mission in Madrid, events to be held on March 13th.

Discussions also focused on the Romanian community in Spain, but also on diversification of economic relations.

Prime Minister Viorica Dancilă reaffirmed interest in attracting Spanish investments in Romania in the fields of infrastructure, automotive, food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and IT sectors, an official press release states.
