Romania ranks 7th in the EU for cheapest gasoline

Over the last 30 days, the average price of a liter of gasoline has increased by 5.1%, while the average price of diesel has increased by 4.8%.
In Bucharest, 1 liter of standard gasoline sells for between 7.43 lei and 7.51 lei, while standard diesel fuel sells for between 7.58 lei and 7.66 lei per liter.
At the moment, Romania ranks seventh in the European Union for the cheapest gasoline and eighth for the lowest price of diesel.
