Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan announces that legislation will be analyzed to make reforms

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan reacted, emphasizing that both recent polls and public reactions show a pronounced negative perception of the way in which state institutions function.

The Head of Government announced the formation of a government working group, which will analyze the legislation and propose reforms.

"We need to analyze the legislation in order to see to what extent it takes into account realities, so that aspects related to the prescription of certain facts are treated in a certain formula, the duration of the resolution of processes is shortened, aspects related to delegations, the possibility of intervention that prolongs certain processes are clearly regulated, and any other aspect that makes a system such as the justice system function better", declared Ilie Bolojan.

We remind you that the Section for Judges of the Superior Council of Magistracy decided to notify the Judicial Inspection to carry out checks in connection with the investigation of the journalists from Recorder.

In this context, the Minister of Justice, Radu Marinescu, stated that the investigations of the Judicial Inspection must be carried out without delay, objectively, impartially, correctly and fully in order to clarify the accusations in the documentary.
