Prime Minister asks publicly funded institutions to reduce foreign travel

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan has asked ministries and subordinate institutions to reduce foreign travel in order to make the most efficient use of public funds.

The head of government is requesting that such travel be reduced to what is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of duties, the achievement of objectives, and the promotion and defense of Romania's interests.

He is also requesting that the duration be limited to the minimum necessary.
