The court ordered preventive detention for the three people arrested in connection with the explosion two weeks ago in the Rahova neighborhood of Bucharest.
An employee of Distrigaz and two employees of the company requested to inspect the damaged building were remanded in custody for 30 days.
Two days ago, several searches were carried out on individuals and legal entities, and subsequently Distrigaz was charged with negligent destruction, as were the three defendants remanded in custody.
Amper, a company specializing in gas installation repairs, has been banned from continuing its activities.
