Preparations for organising presidential elections ‘on track’

Preparations for the organisation of the presidential elections to be held at the end of the week are on schedule, says government spokesman Mihai Constantin.
More than 18.900 polling stations in Romania will be open on Sunday. Romanians who are abroad can vote in 965 polling stations from Friday until Sunday, Mr. Constantin said.
Mihai Constantin: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises voters abroad to find out in advance the address of the polling station where they intend to exercise their right to vote. In the presidential elections, voting abroad will take place over three days for this week, 2, 3 and 4 May 2025.
