“Boldea’s scandal, keeping in sight of European Union control mission” –headlines ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ.

In the opinion of this publication, the case of Deputy Mihail Boldea can harm Romania’s interests, because this represents a reason for the European mission members, who are in Bucharest, to criticize the law which protects the dignities’ frauds and to give a bad mark, blocking in this way out entrance within Schengen.

The author of the article notes “what are the black holes from legislation which allowed Boldea to leave” and offers details regarding the way in which can be avoided the immunity by the prosecutors.

The specialists in criminology contacted by ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ state that the legislative gap can be covered by retaining the suspect parliamentarian until getting the permits for arresting him.

Also, the newspaper writes about the methods used by the fugitives not to be caught by the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), revealed under the anonymity protection by three officers with leading functions within the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police.

The same subject we found also in ADEVĂRUL, which comments that the head of Directorate for Investigation Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), Codruţ Olaru, has searched yesterday arguments for justifying the tactical mistakes of prosecutors from Galaţi, who escaped Mihail Boldea over the border.

The publication presents also an interview with the leader of the county organization of Democratic Social Party (PDL) Galati, Mircea Toader, who speaks about his responsibility to have been promoted Mihail Boldea within the party.

“The salaries could increase with 5 percent” –announces JURNALUL NAŢIONAL and adds: “The International Monetary Fund (FMI) warns the government that it does not have enough money to resume the salaries”.

The daily quotes the head of fund mission for Romania, Jeffrey Franks, who declared for “The Money Channel” that it is not enough for the state to have resources, but it is important the allocated amount through the budget for salaries not to overcome.

Within the context, the PDL spokesman, Sever Voinescu, has specified that the European official’s point of view, according to which in this moment a budgetary incomes increase can be made only with 4-5 percent, is the same, in essence, with the opinion of democrat-liberals.

The publication mentions, also, the opinions of president Traian Băsescu and of the Ministry of Labour regarding the matter.

In the end, under the headline “Zero barred: BAC simulation announces a repeated disaster”, EVENIMENTUL ZILEI draws attention that in Iaşi, only 27 percent of the pupils who participated to the exam simulation have obtained marks to promote.

Details regarding the causes of the situation, the proposed measured by the teachers, but also the pupils’ reaction –you find within the article.
