Ministry of Defense: Exercise to evaluate the mobilization reserve in Bucharest and Ilfov

The Ministry of Defense will organize an exercise to verify the personnel and equipment of military units in Bucharest and Ilfov County between October 12-20.
The aim is also to strengthen cohesion between reservists and active military personnel.
Reservists who will be called to the military units to which they are assigned will participate, for one day, in specific training activities.
Routine activities, recommendation for the population
Such exercises are routine in nature, and the Ministry of Defense recommends that citizens obtain information from official sources so as not to panic due to false news that could be spread in connection with these activities.
Similar exercises in the country
Such exercises took place in Bucharest in 2013, in Ilfov in 2021, in May they were in Teleorman, Giurgiu and Olt.
In September they will also take place in Sibiu and Mures counties.
