Increasing access to cultural activities and technological updating are some of the directions of public policies, open culture and the culture of the future. The strategy is proposed for the period 2023-2030, according to the expert coordinator at the Ministry of Culture, Ionica Pirvu.

Expert Ionica Pirvu: We want there to be balance, equity in terms of cultural expressions, so that even those who are in a village can reach a form of cultural expression without having to move. We want there to be ways of integrating what today are called niche cultural expressions into society. We would like to technologically update the way Romanian culture exists, to have the necessary equipment for cultural heritage investigations.
