Grand Prix Nova International Radio Theater Festival: 4 -9 June

57 radio theater productions from 23 countries are taking part in the 6th edition of the Grand Prix Nova International Radio Theater Festival that opens today in the central foyer of the Radio Romania Concert Hall.
Organized by the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Corporation, Grand Prix Nova International Radio Festival encourages innovation in radio creation.
RRA Reporter Mihaela Helmis: Auditions and workshops will run for the next five days; the plays are structured into three sections: feature length drama, short form drama and binaural drama, a new section devoted to headphones audition of radio productions.
Grand Prix Nova International Radio Festival is the only sound production festival that seeks and rewards innovative artistic works that explore new approaches to radio broadcast.
Event takes place under the patronage of the Custodian of the Romanian Crown, Princess Margaret.
Grand Prix Nova International Radio Theater Festival ends on June 9.
