Coronavirus, Romania: 8.269 new cases of infection and 186 deaths

Authorities have reported 8.269 new cases of coronavirus infection after more than 31.000 tests.
The balance-sheet thus exceeds 373.000 infections since the beginning of the epidemic. Almost 70% of patients have recovered.
Most new cases, today, were registered in Bucharest, 1.003, but the highest incidence rate is in Sibiu County, which reached nine cases per thousand inhabitants.
186 deaths were also reported, and there are currently 1.174 patients in Intensive Care Units out of the 13.200 people admitted to medical units.
