Code yellow heatwave in most of the country until Tuesday morning

Most of Romania is under a yellow heat code until Tuesday morning.
Today, the threshold of the heat wave will be reached in the west, south and east of the country, isolated in the center of the country, areas where the discomfort will be high.
Maximum temperatures will range between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius on the coast and around 37 degrees Celsius in Oltenia, Muntenia and southern Moldavia.
Only in the mountains today are conditions of brief summer showers.
The night will be locally tropical, with temperatures not dropping below 20 degrees.
Nationwide, lows are forecast between 10-11 degrees Celsius in the eastern depressions of Transylvania and 23-24 degrees Celsius in the western hills.
Transient showers are possible in the far west of the country.
Very warm day in Bucharest. Temperatures climb to 37 degrees today, with overnight lows of 18-20 degrees.
