At the World Rowing Championships in Shanghai (China), the wind and technical problems cited by the organizers disrupted the day's schedule. After rescheduling, the men's four-row crew qualified for the final. Stefan Berariu, Sergiu Bejan, Andrei Mandrila and Ciprian Tudosa advanced with the 5th time overall.
Also, in the single sculls, Mihai Chiruta finished the semifinal in 3rd place and qualified for the semifinals. The Olympic double sculls champions, Marian Enache and Andrea Cornea, were most affected, whose semifinal was moved tomorrow morning, from 6:15, Romanian time.
So far, 5 Romanian crews have qualified for the finals. On Thursday, the top three will compete for medals: women's double sculls, men's double sculls and women's four sculls.
