The strike of Pension House employees continues until the claims are settled

RADOR RADIO ROMANIA (November 29) - The strike of Pension House employees continues until the claims are settled, the representatives of the National Trade Union Bloc announced, after the meeting they had today with the Minister of Labour.
Simona Bucura-Oprescu promised that she would make every effort to solve the complained problems: the salary differences, which the employees say reach up to 1.500 lei net, between people doing the same type of activity, and the need for investments in the pension system, mainly in computer tools.
In a press release, the National Bank states that the authorities have admitted that an emergency meeting with the participation of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance is required, drawing attention at the same time that the solution regarding salaries will have to be applied to other institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labour.
