The motion of censure initiated by AUR, presented in the plenary session of Parliament

The motion of censure filed by AUR parliamentarians against the executive, entitled "They ruined the country and now they are forcing Romanians to foot the bill. Out with the hypocritical government!" was presented in the plenary session of Parliament. The document was read by the leader of the AUR senators, Petrisor Peiu.

The signatories of the motion of censure argue that the government has usurped legitimate power and mocked the will of the Romanian people and, as a result, must disappear along with its entire propaganda apparatus, which is deceitful and toxic.

The opposition initiated this move after the government led by Ilie Bolojan took responsibility for the first package of fiscal measures to reduce the budget deficit.

The motion will be debated and voted on Monday.
