RADOR RADIO ROMANIA (8 March) - The Capital's City Hall remains without a budget after failed negotiations this afternoon, but talks between the mayor general and municipal councillors' groups will continue this weekend. Depending on the outcome of the talks, early next week, Mayor Nicusor Dan could call a third meeting to vote on this year's budget, especially as today was the last day the bill had to pass in order not to affect the salaries of thousands of employees. Discussions have stalled over the subsidy for heating and transport, which NLP councillors say is insufficient. Also, the PSD group proposed to increase the salaries of city hall employees by at least 16%, and the administration approved only 10%, but even this increase cannot take effect without an adopted budget - RRA reporter Alex Lancuzov transmitted.
