Over two thousand new cases of COVID-19 recorded last week

Almost 2.300 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Romania last week, down by over 40% compared to the previous period.
According to the National Institute of Public Health, 15 deaths were reported in people with other medical problems during the same period.
The National Institute of Public Health also states that over 600 of the new cases were in reinfected patients, tested positive more than 90 days after the first infection.
