President Nicusor Dan held a press conference on Wednesday where he talked about the country's budget deficit and the future government.

He said he wants a first draft of the future government program to be ready on Monday, on the basis of which discussions on a general government agreement can begin.

In this context, Nicusor Dan welcomed the parties' willingness to participate in the formation of the executive at this time, but added that its composition has not yet been discussed.

Regarding the budget deficit, which he said could no longer be sustained, the president said that the technical group responsible for fiscal reform would present a first draft to the leaders of the four pro-Western parties on Thursday.
