Internship at the Romanian Government

Young people interested in how public administration works can apply for a new edition of the internship program at the Romanian Government.
150 young people aged between 16 and 27 will have the opportunity to work in July and August with government employees.
The conditions are: they must be Romanian citizens and must know the Romanian language, both written and spoken, have IT skills and master at least one foreign language of international circulation, not be active on the labor market and not have previously graduated from this program.
Applications can be made on the dedicated platform, internship.gov.ro, and the selection will be made by a committee from the General Secretariat of the Government.
Those selected will also receive a salary, equivalent to the minimum wage, 4.050 lei gross.
Last year, the interest in this program was very high, the government spokesman said. About 1.800 young people were interested in the 150 open spots.
