Support Measures for Micro-enterprises to be Adopted by the Government

The economic recovery plan, discussed in its first reading during the government session, includes a series of support measures for micro-enterprises, announced the Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare.
Among these measures is the extension of the hiring period from 30 to 90 days.
He also mentioned maintaining the measure regarding bonus payments for legal entities and the introduction of a bonus for individuals, as well as increasing the threshold for VAT on cash accounting. He stated that the latter provides "oxygen" for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The threshold, which had been set for approximately five years at 4.5 million lei, will increase to 5 million lei this year and to 5.5 million lei in 2027.
