Increase for employees managing European funds, conditioned by the results of the evaluation

Articol de Radio România Actualităţi, 07 August 2025, 16:57
The government proposes that the increase for public sector employees managing European funds be conditioned by the results of the professional evaluation. Initially, the increase is set at 40%, until the first evaluation, and will subsequently be maintained at this level only if the "very good" rating is obtained.
Those who are evaluated with "good" will receive 20% of their salary, and the increase will no longer be granted to employees who receive the "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory" ratings. The draft government decision submitted to public debate comes as a result of the measures in the first fiscal package that entered into force at the beginning of this month and which provides for the application of salary increases depending on the time worked, the value of the project financed with European money and the progress recorded in the development of these projects.
