Romania, seventh place globally for anti-COVID-19 vaccination

Romania is on the seventh place globally in the top of vaccinations against COVID-19 with both doses and on the second place in the European Union.

So far, 3.2% of Romanian citizens have been immunized, according to figures centralized by the Bloomberg agency.

Israel is doing best, more than a third of the population has already done the booster. The UK, which launched vaccination campaigns in Europe, administers almost 350.000 doses a day, but so far only 1% of residents have received both doses.

In the world, more than 225 million anti-COVID sera have been inoculated to date.
