National turnout at the election campaign reached 41%

The turnout at the national election campaign reached 41%, according to real-time data provided by the Permanent Electoral Authority.

The highest participation rate, of almost 47 percent, is registered in Olt, Teleorman and Giurgiu counties.

Last place, with the lowest turnout, is held by Bucharest with almost 29%, followed by Iasi and Vaslui counties.
