Government measures to remedy the situation created by the lack of morphine, interruption effects of European payments for human resources development and school class enrollment - are some of today newspapers topics.

"Government solves momentarily the lack of morphine" - is Jurnalul Naţional headline, referring to the fact that yesterday Cabinet has allotted money out of the Government’s Reserve Fund to solve the situation of the main morphine provider ‘s pulling off the Romanian market, needed for the treatment of cancer patients.

The author contends that "the problem is solved partly because exaggerated terms of settlement for drug bills continue."

In addition, the paper points out that not only morphine missing but also current cancer palliative drugs, situation repeatedly reported by the Federation of the Cancer Patients Association Associations.

România Liberă analyze "How we got into a misfire threshold of 3 billion Euros."

One of the most important European funding programs benefiting Romania - namely the Human Resources Development - is a far greater danger than the current interruption payments from the community forum –mentions the publication, stating that "the low rate of absorption , accusations of corruption and poor performance " rapidly moving this program towards a resounding failure.

Institute for Public Policy experts point out that interruption notified by the European Commission this week ,could turn into a suspension, which would take at least six months and lead to a total blockage of the project.

The suspension applies if Romania fails to solve in due time the shortcomings identified by the EU executive.

"Preparatory class is not scaremongering" - writes Evenimentul Zilei, citing Oana Badea, State Secretary for Education.

The daily notes which are the peculiarities related to the preparatory group for the curricula, and facilities that will benefit preschoolers.

The newspaper also notes that teachers will follow the training courses and will be counseled throughout the first semester.
