Meeting of Romanian and North-Macedonian Defense Ministers

Romanian Ministers of Defense from Romania and Republic of North Macedonia, Gabriel Leş and Radmila Šekerinska-Jankovska have discussed, on Wednesday, in Skopje, opportunities to enhance cooperation in the field of defense, Romanian Ministry of Defense (MApN) announced.

Topics on the agenda also focused on international security, measures to combat terrorism, and commitments of the two countries regarding regional stability and security, respectively cooperation within regional initiatives.

Visit of Romanian Defense Minister to the Republic of North Macedonia took place three days after the 28th anniversary of the country's proclamation of independence, according to MApN.
