Informal Summit of EU Heads of State or Government is scheduled to take place on May 9, 2019, at the City Hall of Sibiu, Romania, under Romania’s EU Council Presidency.
High-level meeting will be hosted by Klaus Werner Iohannis, President of Romania, EU Member State currently holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The reunion will be chaired by Donald Tusk, President of the European Council.
Informal Summit in Sibiu is to be attended by the Heads of State or Government of the European Union, President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, and President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani.
