Former Head of DNA Timișoara commits suicide
Prosecutor Schiffbeck died on Friday morning after he jumped off the 6th floor of the National Anticorruption Directorate in the center of Timișoara.

Former Head of National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Timișoara (mandate until 2015),Tamas Schiffbeck, committed suicide. Prosecutor Schiffbeck died on Friday morning after he jumped off the 6th floor of the National Anticorruption Directorate in the center of Timișoara.
According to first statements of his colleagues, nothing in Schiffbeck’s behavior announced this turn of events.
Schiffbeck came to work, talked to his colleagues, then walked into his office, where he opened the window and jumped off.
Schiffbeck was Head of DNA Timișoara until 2015. He was 48 years old, married and had two children.
