The Foreign Ministry is not aware of Romanian citizens injured in the Middle East

The Foreign Ministry in Bucharest has no information regarding Romanian citizens who are injured, in the context of the events in the Middle East, said the head of diplomacy, Oana Toiu, during a press briefing.

During the day, a special WhatsApp channel dedicated to those in the Middle East is to be launched, Oana Toiu also said, who specified that the situation in the region is escalating, and the ministries are coordinating to provide Romanians with the necessary assistance.

The Foreign Minister insisted on the need to follow official press channels.
