The beginning of the year brings thousands of job vacancies, especially for those without higher education or experience. Most of the jobs available on online recruitment platforms are for companies operating in large cities, says Ana Calugaru, communications director of one such site.
Ana Calugaru: Over 12.000 jobs are posted on our platform for this category of candidates. Most are entry-level jobs that require no more than two years of experience or even none at all, primarily in retail, logistics, services, manufacturing, food industry, tourism, HoReCa, but also construction.
In terms of the income that those who fill the available jobs can earn, it can reach up to 4.000 lei net, if the employer grants bonuses.
Ana Calugaru: Because we are talking about candidates who do not have higher education and many of them do not have much experience, we are talking about salaries that start at the minimum wage and can reach up to 3.500-4.000 lei net per month. If we are talking about jobs that also have a performance-based bonus component, they can exceed 4.000 lei net per month.
Currently, the minimum gross salary is 4.050 lei, and from July 1, it will increase to 4.325 lei.
