Romania and Turkey, cooperation on infrastructure and visa acceleration

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan received on Wednesday, at the Victoria Palace, the Turkish Minister of Transport, whom he assured that Romania will apply fair and equitable treatment to all companies involved in infrastructure projects and will also act to accelerate and streamline the visa issuance process, both for employees of Turkish companies working in Romania and for tourism.
Another important point of the discussions concerned the development of trilateral cooperation between Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey in the field of road and railway infrastructure.
At the same time, the Prime Minister emphasized Romania's strategic positioning and its willingness to be a reliable partner in the reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
