A new mobilization exercise for reservists from Bucharest and Ilfov County

Reservists residing in Bucharest and Ilfov County will participate in specific training activities, as part of the MOBEX B-IF-25 mobilization exercise, which will take place between October 12 and 20.
MOBEX exercises are held periodically and aim to verify the personnel and equipment complementation of military units, as well as to strengthen cohesion between reservists and active military personnel, the Ministry of National Defence states. Reservists residing in Bucharest and Ilfov County who will be summoned to the MApN units to which they are assigned will participate, for one day, in specific training activities.
In Bucharest and Ilfov County, similar exercises were held in 2013 and 2021, respectively. This year, two other MOBEX exercises took place, in May in Teleorman, Giurgiu and Olt counties, and in September in Sibiu and Mures counties.
