National House of Pensions and Other Social Insurance Rights (CNPAS) announced the new calculation method will be applied automatically and people with pensions lower than 740 Lei should not apply for this. In addition , the article author mentions that CNPAS emphasizes that decisions are generally binding and effective only for the future.
