Analysts' from PriceWaterhouse Coopers show that Romania might register a slowdown in its economy growth this year.

PriceWaterhouse Coopers forecasts that global economy will grow a little bit in 2020, by only 3.4 percent, due to international trade tensions. Analysts expect services to remain one of the strengths of global trade, with a total export value of $ 7 trillion by 2020.

Forecasts show China will be the leader of economic growth, at most 6 percent, while the United States will record about 2 percent and the euro zone at 1 percent.

Regarding Romania, analysts say that even the most optimistic forecast, that of the Government, of 4.1%, shows a slowdown in economic growth compared to previous years.

Ionuţ Simion, Country Managing Partner of PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) Romania, recommends that the authorities maintain a stable and predictable legislative framework in order not to discourage the business environment.

Another available tool for the authorities would be public investments, especially in physical infrastructure, investments that would stimulate the economy.
