Helpful questionnaire on sending children to school

Parents can access an online questionnaire with which they can more easily decide whether or not to send their children to school, as specialists say that the first epidemiological triage is done from home.
Doctor Virgil Musta, head of the infectious diseases department of the "Victor Babes" Hospital in Timisoara, created a set of key questions that can be answered in just two minutes by providing data on the child's age and location, possible symptoms or possible contact with people suspected of COVID-19.
As some questions refer to specific situations that may change over time and that may influence the parents' decision at a given time, the questionnaire can be completed whenever needed and as many times as the parents want.
