Global SOF Symposium Europe: 27-28 September 2017, Bucharest
The event aims to promote the role and importance of the special operation forces in the international security context.

Bucharest hosts, on September 27-28, 2017, the Global SOF Symposium Europe: Building Trust, that will bring together the international special operations community, and will focus on strategic security issues in Eastern Europe with an emphasis on building significant relationships.
The 2nd Annual Global SOF Symposium - Europe will be attended by active duty and retired military and police, government civilians, industry, academia, journalists, and non-governmental organizations.
The Symposium will be opened by the Romanian President, Klaus Iohannis. Among speakers, there will also be the Romanian Minister of Defense, Mihai Fifor, and Chief of Romanian Army General Staff, Gen. Nicolae Ciucă.
On the same occasion, there will also be an exhibition of military technique, specific for special operation forces, organized by over 24 private companies, specialized in the field.
