Under the title “What loses the National Liberal Party (PNL) in the Chiliman scandal?”, ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ writes about the eventual effects, as well as about the reactions determined by Andrei Chiliman’s replacing from helm of PNL Bucharest branch. The daily also offers details about the possible resignation from the party, but Andrei Chiliman said that he was going to meditate about it and he appreciated the fact the liberals risk losing a “mayor with certain chances to be reelected”.

The changes within the liberal organization from Bucharest are reflected also in EVENIMENTUL ZILEI. The publication presents the atmosphere within the Social Liberal Union (USL) due to negotiations held in order to designate the candidates at locals and reveals that, by replacing him at the helm of PNL Bucharest branch , the liberal president Crin Antonescu would prepare the ground for –we cite: “his man of trust Rareş Mănescu”, “treasurer of the party. Also, the daily brings into focus the analyst Ion Cristoiu’s opinion, who considers that “the PNL leader suffers from the won war syndrome before the beginning.”

“Băsescu pushes Holland’s ambassador to his side ” –comments JURNALUL NAŢIONAL and adds the head of state, Traian Băsescu, refuses to receive the accreditation letters of an EU ambassador, case that is appreciated as being without precedent within the community forum. The author of the article exposes the causes of this situation and also the officials’ declarations of the two countries regarding this subject and makes a short history of the Holland ambassador’s professional activity designed at Bucharest.

In the end, “The Bucharest hospitals, patients’ heaven” –sustains ADEVĂRUL and explains: “The General Mayor has engaged a study from which results that, within the sanitary institutions from his subordinate, most of the patients are better treated than into a resort”.

The questioned persons have answered at questions regarding the quality of the medical services, the drugs provision in hospital or the doctor-patient communication. The same study reveals that medical stuff does not directly require payment for their services. The daily cites, in its turn, some Bucharest people’s opinions regarding the medical system in capital.
