At the baccalaureate from this year, the surveillance system will be extended, states the Education Minister, Cătălin Baba, in an interview for EVENIMENTUL ZILEI. The minister also tells us what is the solution to eliminate the problem of weak-prepared teachers: they will prepare 6 years before teaching.

Starting autumn, the didactic master programs start and will be attended only at the best universities. Those who do not pass the final exam could not teach.

“The mystery of money from the clawback tax”. ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ writes that the Health Minister cannot justify every coin how he invested the collected money from this tax –applied to drugs producers –and the money from the vice tax: over 436 million Euros. It is about a lot of money that no one knows exactly how they are used and the equipment acquisitions escape from the public acquisition law.

“The mining did not die, but transforms”, we read in ADEVĂRUL. This year will take place the biggest reform of Romanian mining, being almost to collapse. The coal assures 40 percent from the country’s energy, so o sot essential to keep this sector alive. The Economy Minister prepares fusions. A gigantic energetic will be established in May, which will include the National Company of Lignite Oltenia and the actual complexes Craiova, Turceni and Rovinari.

Within the Ministry plan there is included also the liquidation of the National Company of Coal, with its historical debts. In summer, the strategy will be launched within public debate.

Regarding the exploitation method of gas that Chevron intends to apply also in our country, we read in JURNALUL NAŢIONAL : “The hydraulic fraction determines the earthquake”. In Romania there have not been realized studies regarding the shale drilling, a kind of rock composed of many different minerals layers, just like a birthday cake. Once the salt water was introduced, the fluid direction cannot be controlled and, due to pressure, the shale could slide –explains the specialists consulted by the daily.

ZIARUL FINANCIAR writes that, according to its calculations, Dacia could overcome this year Petrom regarding the business cipher. The difference between the two businesses has increasingly decreased and in 2010 it was less than 600 million Euros. Both in 2011 and 2012, Automobile Dacia could overcome the business cipher of 3,6 billion Euros, while Petrom is decreasing.

“The prime-minister and the president on paper”, writes EVENIMENTUL ZILEI about the Social-Liberal Union (USL) Congress from this weekend. There were a lot of festivities for nothing, consider the journalists. There was launched the tandem, rather virtually, Antonescu-president, Ponta-prime-minister. Another aspect: why did they reject Băsescu’s offer, two years of mandate against the Constitution modification. Was it a poisoned present or a missed opportunity by the opposition? We read what would be the reasons that determined the USL leaders to theatrically reject it, tearing his letter.

Also in ROMÂNIA LIBERĂ we find an interview with the deputy Silviu Prigoană and the motto under which he candidates at the election for the Mayor of Bucharest: “I want to be a mayor for me and my family”. He says that he has as model Prague, a clean and well conserved city, without stray dogs.
