According to meteorologists, until Sunday evening, in the South-East and East of the country, there will be showers, lightnings, intensifications of the wind that momentary will get the appearance of whirlwind.

In Constanţa, it was raining downpour, the Radio Romania correspondent, Mona Constantinescu, transmitted to us.
Streets of Constanţa are for more than three hours in the water, the same situation is in Eforie and Tuzla areas.
In the Southern of the coastline, at Mangalia, the showers had large amounts.
Because of this, the small streets of the city are flooded.
In the Tourist Harbour area, the town mains coped no more, and the water gave out.
Hindered traffic due to rains
The rains have been stronger in the County of Constanta, affecting multiple cities.
In addition to the strong wind, thunders and lightnings as well as large quantities of falling water have created problems for motorists because of reduced visibility.
Traian’s Valu residents were left without power.
Due to abundant rainfalls, there have created traffic jams in Murfatlar and Traian’s Valu areas, on Constanta variant, and the basement of a commercial centre Maritimo on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard was flooded.
There were also flooded several houses in the town of Ovidiu. By this time, complaints were received related to the sewers of countless neighborhoods of Constanta.
Considering the abundant rainfalls, SC RAJA SA announces the activation of the Commandement for emergencies.
In order to solve the problems which may arise, the commandment operates 40 intervention teams equipped with all the necessary equipment
Yellow code of atmospheric instability
Starting on Saturday morning till Sunday evening, the South-East and East of the country is covered by a yellow code of atmospheric instability.
Showers are expected, lightnings and strong wind that momentary will take the appearance of a whirlwind.
Local, water quantities exceed 20, 25 l/mp and isolated, will reach up to 40 l/mp.
On Saturday, the meteorological phenomena indicate in particular Dobrogea, Muntenia, the South of Moldova and in the Curvature Carpathians .
On Sunday they will be present in particular in Moldova and in the Eastern Carpathians.
