Romanian Tennis Player Simona Halep received on Sunday, October 29, the Singapore WTA Year-End World No.1 trophy, after finishing on the first place in the singles ranking of the best female tennis players in the world.
"It's the best moment of my career", said Simona Halep, very excited after receiving the trophy, according to the WTA website.
Simona Halep is the 13th player to receive WTA Year-End World No.1 trophy since 1975, when the computerized ranking was introduced.
